To My Family and Friends of Facebook Apostles,
I am on the far left side. I am humbled. As an Official Reader of Names at this year’s 13th Anniversary of 9-11, each reader finished with the name of their loved victim and permitted to make a few remarks.
By Inspiration (I believe), I saw a great opportunity to take my one shot on the stage of the world to say something of importance.
After I completed reading my assigned names, here’s what I added at the end:
“And our beloved Mother, Frances Haros who perished in the South Tower at the age of 76. I don’t know for sure, but I believe my Mom may have been the oldest woman to be murdered on that day.
I believe my Mother, as well as your other 3,000 victims are in Heaven as the 1st Martyrs in this new Holy War.
Tale comfort: May these souls Rest in Peace in Eternity with God, the Father, God the Son, and God, the Holy Spirit. And also with our Blessed Mother in Heaven.”
We Miss You Mom.
When I find it, I’ll post the clip.
P.S. Did you see the “FacebookApostles.org” name tag I wore? — at Worldtrade Center 9/11 Memorial.
